22D-R

22D-R was a Commando Leader Captain affiliated with the Droid Army of the Trade Federation. During the Trade Federation's invasion of the planet Naboo in 32 BBY, 22D-R assisted the B1 battle droid, OOM-9, who was leading the droid army. Following the Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi's escape from the Trade Federation's battleship, OOM-9 searched for Kenobi on the surface of Naboo. The battle droid ordered 22D-R to release remote seekers to hunt for Kenobi prior to their attack on the Naboo city Theed. One of the remote seekers followed Kenobi to the underwater Gungan city Otoh Gunga, where it was cut down by the Jedi.
