2X-3KPR was a KPR security droid that belonged to the Lars family on the planet Tatooine. In 9 BBY, it stood outside the Lars Homestead on alert conditions when the former Inquisitor Reva Sevander arrived in search of the Lars's adopted son, Luke Skywalker. Years later in 1 BBY, the droid rolled past Skywalker and the protocol droid C-3PO as they searched for the astromech droid R2-D2 outside the homestead.
