Aida Forte's mother

Canon Linked from 2 articles

A female individual was the mother of the Kadas'sa'Nikto Jedi Knight Aida Forte. In 382 BBY, when Forte and Jedi Master Creighton Sun traveled to the Outer Rim planet Dalna to investigate the Path of the Open Hand cult, they witnessed a Teevan man being brought before the Mother and the Leveler, the Path's leader and a creature which fed on Force-sensitives, respectively. As the Leveler consumed the Teevan, the two Jedi also became overwhelmed by fear.

After it was over, Forte compared the feeling of the incident to her killing her own mother. The Jedi Knight then noted she had not felt as much fear before as she had during the ordeal, and even though it felt real, it could not have been. Forte then concluded that the experience was horrible, and as she did not know her mother, it would not have made any sense.
