Arvakke was a Twi'lek who lived during the Galactic Civil War. Arvakke was a business rival of the financier Veilred Jydor and after Jydor offered a rare Tchine statue as a prize for a sabacc tournament that was to be held in the High Card Casino on the planet Danteel, Arvakke sent the Human Phramp and the Rodian Mensant to rig the tournament.
