Lieutenant Ashel was a male Imperial officer who served the Galactic Empire as a crew-member of the Imperial refueling depot Bannistar Station. In about 0 BBY, while Ashel was on duty in the installation's Command and Control facility he was commed by Arno D'Vox, the station commander, who ordered Ashel to have some of the facility's refueling modules moved, so as to make space for a concert to be held by the holostar Javul Charn.
