B-7G was a protocol droid which worked in Cloud City on the planet Bespin during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire. Within the city he worked alongside the receptionist Bea at the reception desk in Figg Hall, a building in the Tourist District designed to allow the public to meet with representatives of Cloud City.
