Banktup was a Banchiian. In 228 BBY, they told Jedi Knight Lily Tora-Asi about a Banchiian village where the Jedi younglings Nima Allets and Viv'Nia Nia'Viv could be protected. Tora-Asi relayed the information to Grand Master Yoda, who safely delivered the younglings to the village.
