Bashun was a male Cathar. During the Galactic War, he was a leader of the Cathar settlers on Taris during the Galactic Republic's Taris Resettlement Initiative. General Farvin of the resurgent Sith Empire sent Thana Vesh and another Imperial to confront Bashun in his stronghold and slay him. Sometime before his death there was a failed assassination attempt made on his life orchestrated by General Farvin.
