Bequin Fobas

Bequin Fobas was a Nimbanel attorney, and was considered famous during the Separatist Crisis. Fobas worked for the Hutt crime lord Zorba Desilijic Tiure, and on the date 13:3:21, Zorba was convicted of illegally mining ulikuo gemstones, which were prized for their aesthetic, industrial, and—crucially—cultural value, on the Outer Rim planet Kip. Fobas attempted to appeal the decision, but was reminded by the case's magistrate that Kip had no appeal process. The case was reported on the same day's issue of HoloNet News' CoCo District Edition.
