Bhota was an Aqualish and the lover of former Black Sun member Onar Koma. During Onar Koma's service in the Rebel Alliance, his close friends, including Bhota, were captured by his old rivals who intended to make him pay for his Black Sun days. Bhota and the others were taken to a gambling den on the planet Ando and locked away in makeshift cells.
