Borgan was a male Whiphid security officer who lived during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, he applied for a Security Director position at an illegal lab on Corellia, a lab specialized in bio-engineering creatures through dangerous genetic experiments. In 1 ABY, Borgan hired a spacer to take vengeance by attacking the lab and highlight the incompetence of the actual security.
