Broo was an elderly Talz with grey fur and a hulking physique that lived in the Imperial Elderblock 26-0640 on the Galactic Empire's capital planet Coruscant during the Imperial Era. They were friends with the fellow resident Loos and were always close by his side. At some point, during the Imperial Era, when Broo was over the age of 73, their neighbor Armen Sim died and Broo tooted at a joke about him made by Loos.
