Burnok was a Human male and good friend of the Mandalorian Oren Ward. During the Cold War, the pair were on the planet of Nal Hutta where Oren attempted to sneak into the palace of the Hutt crime lord Voontara Fa'athra to steal treasure from the criminal. The Mandalorian was caught, however, and frozen in carbonite as punishment by Fa'athra. Burnok then hired a spacer in the industrial town of Jiguuna to rescue his companion.
