Caria Haal was the female Imperial governor of the planet Spintir. She was corrupt, and used her position to get funding for the University of Reles, and house her personal collection of relics in a secure wing of its Museum of Spintir. Most of the funding the university received was diverted to provide security for her collection. Her collection included a holocron.
