Chak'aghakh was a rakghoul supersoldier that was created by the mad Tionese scientist Sannus Lorrick during the Galactic War. Lorrick hired a pilot named Melarra to unknowingly ferry Chak'aghakh, G'klarg, Lk'graagth and a host of rakghoul supersoldiers to the planet Kaon. The supersoldiers burst out of the cargo hold of Melarra's shuttle upon landing at the Kaon City Spaceport, spreading the rakghoul plague to Kaon. The trio were eventually slain during efforts to contain the plague.
