Clat, also known as Clat the Shamer, was a mutant empath, a Force user working on behalf of the Guild of Vindicators following the formation of the Galactic Empire. Clat's empathic abilities allowed him to peer into a person's past and see the acts they felt the most guilt about, and then torment them with these memories to the point of suicide. Clat attempted to use these powers in an attempt on the life of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, only to be killed himself.
