Con'varra was a Twi'lek from a city on the planet Ryloth who was sold into slavery to the enslaving lord Quintik Kahr. The Twi'lek was then handed to Quintik's brother, Omze'kehr, who freed him and had him trained in slicing and forgery so he could work aboard Omze's Incredible Traveling Starport. Con'varra ran an office on the spaceport named Con'varra's Datawork Central, where he offered high-quality forgeries. He was mentioned in a datafile complied by smuggler Platt Okeefe sometime before the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY.
