Cyman Walz was a male Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. Sometime during the war, he encountered a Sith Lord named Karrus Vayl and turned him to the light side. By 3641 BBY he has retired on Alderaan, though Jedi Padawans still made pilgrimages to him. Ashara Zavros attempted such a pilgrimage, only for Walz to tell her that as an apprentice for a Sith Lord, she was no longer a Jedi.
