D-4 was a protocol droid that belonged to Countess Anya and later her husband Gora and Ramil her son. At the time, when Abyssin pirates invaded Serenno, Jenza sent the droid to Coruscant find Dooku to save their people. After they arrived at Serenno, the pirates attacked their ship and they felt down to the planet. D-4 was destroyed on the crash.
