Dervis

Dervis was an individual who served as a major in the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. The major was part of the Alliance forces stationed in Echo Base on the planet Hoth when it was attacked by the Galactic Empire in 3 ABY.

At the beginning of the battle, infantry under Dervis's command hurried out of the entrance of the base's North Hangar 7 in order reach the base's defensive trenches. Ultimately the Alliance were defeated by the Empire at Hoth, but managed to evacuate many of the base's personnel.
