Dev Breeger was a criminal who worked as a double agent for both the Black Sun syndicate and Shalera the Hutt's organization on Corellia. When Black Sun found out that he was not only spying on Shalera but also sold information about Black Sun to her, Grobber ordered a well armed individual to find and kill him.
