Devlin was a male spokesman who worked for a group of Corellian Engineering Corporation union leaders who defected to the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War due to dissatisfaction with Imperial labor laws. While in the Rebel Alliance, he was referred to as Officer Devlin with a rank of Warrant Officer I.
