Lieutenant Djirra was an Imperial logistics officer during the Galactic Civil War. When Darth Vader invaded Cloud City, Djirra was tasked with researching the carbon freezing process.
He had heard the Stormtroopers talking about Vader threatening Baron Administrator Lando Calrissian with leaving a garrison on the Cloud City, and feared that he would be the one to carry it out. He decided that Hugo Treece would do for Commanding officer and holding back any unrest, and considered Portent's assistance in subjugating the populace.
