Dragen was a male Human captain of the Justicars' Brigade during the Cold War. In 3643 BBY, he conducted several interrogations of Rikael Lysannis, a man suspected of ties with the Black Sun. Everything said during questioning sessions was recorded and the holograms were stored in the Justicars' Tower.
