Dubbin Sharr was a male Gungan Muskeg zealot chief who operated outside of Theed on the planet Naboo during the time of the Galactic Civil War. In 1 ABY, Dubbin Sharr tried to recruit the wanted murderer Hunnos Jarkey to assassinate members of the Naboo human government but the latter refused. Lieutenant Khartoor of the Violent Crimes Division later tasked RSF agents to investigate Dubbin Sharr's group of Muskegs fanatics. Sharr was killed during the raid.
