Durro was a male individual who was one of the younger Tangan brothers, the owners of the company Tangan Industries. He was married to the Near-Human Elexia Nis'tar and around the time of the Clone Wars, Tangan Industries appointed Nis'tar to act as the administrator of the city of Haven on the planet, Iol. Nis'tar prioritized the interests of the planet's colonists over those of Tangan during her tenure, which earned her the favor of Durro.
