Efrain

Efrain was a self-taught droid designer and Jarrod Kelvin's mentor. He was an eccentric old man and mechanical savant who owned his own laboratory where he tested new droid designs. During the Imperial Era, he was betrayed and his plans for a new droid were stolen and given to the Empire. In an effort to flee the empire, Efrain joined a Rebel convoy taking civilians to a hidden rebel world. But after the convoy was attacked, the transport he was on crash-landed onto the planet Tatooine.
