Erindax was a Sith Lord of the Sith Empire who lived centuries before the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Erindax created the skyslasher, a flying predator, as a hobby in his interest in creating new species, but he lost control of the flock of creatures and he was blinded in one eye. In response, Erindax engineered future skyslashers to be almost blind.
