Fattum was an individual who served as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic during the Manderon Period. At some point before 5010 BBY, his administration gave control of the Core Worlds Koros system, which was nominally under the control of the Republic at the time, to the system's aristocrats. The decision was a scandalous example of influence trading that eventually brought down Fattum's administration.
