Fazlee was a Rodian gambler that resided on the Outer Rim jungle planet Akiva in 3 ABY. During which they played Kessel Sabacc against a Quarren named Aquesh at The Alcazar cantina in Myrra, the capital city of Akiva. Fazlee had orange skin, black eyes and spoke Huttese. While playing Sabacc at The Alcazar they wore a dark jacket over a dark shirt and pants along with blue scarf.
In 3 ABY, a scoundrel named Kay Vess played Kessel Sabacc against Fazlee and Aquesh.
