Feldus Spar was a Neimoidian politician of the planet Cato Neimoidia's capital city, Zarra. Following the Cadesura disaster in 22 BBY, in which an entire district of the capital was destroyed, Spar oversaw relief efforts for survivors of the bombing. Spar later met in the Zarra capital complex with minister of defense Alluv Eyam and Confederacy of Independent Systems emissary Asajj Ventress to discuss an upcoming diplomatic investigation by the Galactic Republic into the disaster.
