Feno Gamoc was a Rybet male who served the Confederacy of Independent Systems as a senior engineer aboard the Munificent-class star frigate Sa Nalaor. At the conclusion of the Clone Wars in 19 BBY, the Sa Nalaor crash-landed on the planet Cholganna, leaving Gamoc and the rest of the crew stranded on the world. The survivors established the Retreat, a base from which they took shelter from Cholganna's deadly wildlife, and by the time of the Galactic Civil War, Gamoc was one of only thirty crew-members left alive.
