The Festering Shaman was a male Lurker shaman who lived on Anoat during Governor Ubrik Adelhard's Iron Blockade of the Anoat sector. He attempted, unsuccessfully, to prevent the Smuggler from partaking in the Waters of Change when sent to do such by Shelish.
