Flayn was a Human male commander in the reconstituted Sith Empire's military during the Galactic War between the Empire and the Galactic Republic. In 3642 BBY he was stationed on Quesh at the Planetary Sensor Station that detected enemy ships attempting to leave the planet and made them easy targets for Imperial fleet. During a holo-report to the Voidwolf, the station was assaulted by the Voidhound who shot Flayn down.
