Frang

Frang, better known as Frang the Toothless, was a crime lord on the planet Ord Mantell sometime before the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. The gangster was known for being particularly clever, and he negotiated a deal with the Mantellian Savrips who inhabited Savrip Island, a small island off the coast of the the larger island of Avilatan—the Savrips permitted Frang to dump his enemies on Savrip Island in return for a steady food supply. The deal became a local legend in the area, and it was said that both Frang and the Savrips benefited greatly from their arrangement.
