Frix was a Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. Along with their successors Kalpana and Finis Valorum, Frix's chancellery allowed the Galactic Republic decline under a stagnant bureaucracy and political corruption to continue unabated. In a meeting on Serenno, Count Dooku told Hego Damask, the Muun who was secretly Darth Plagueis, that Frix would succeed the current Chancellor, which Frix ultimately did.
