Gialto was a male soldier in the Republic Military who was part of Strike Team Oricon, a Galactic Republic task force assembled during the Galactic War with the Sith Empire to eliminate the Dread Masters on the moon Oricon. Gialto was married, and when he was stranded in the wastes of Oricon after part of the strike force crashed on the moon, he experienced hallucinations that he shot his husband. Gialto was eventually rescued, but remained mentally traumatized in the immediate aftermath.
