Goggareth was a senator who represented Brentaal IV in the Galactic Senate during the tenure of Supreme Chancellor Dorian Janarus. When Goggareth died in an accident, the HoloNet circulated rumors that Goggareth's death had in fact been an assassination carried out by the Exchange on the behalf of Chancellor Janarus. However, such rumors were denied by Janarus.
