Gol, known as the "Wither King," was a male Force-sensitive individual who became a Sith. At some point he bled a kyber crystal. The Sith used the powers of the dark side of the Force to keep his face youthful while the rest of his body decayed. With his rotting body hidden under his armor, only the hands of the Sith displayed his true condition.
