Grend Semant was a Theelin Nihil who attempted to have the Lasat shipbuilder Frander build him numerous Spiral-class Viz-Core Eviscerators. Semant's plan, however, was intercepted by the human Driggit Parse on behalf of "the Warden," who wanted the plans to build Eviscerators instead. Grend Semant was killed after Parse strangled him with stuncuffs he attached to her arms.
