Grev T'Ran was an individual who served as a commander in the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. In 0 ABY, T'Ran was one of ten individuals who appeared before Emperor Palpatine in his throne room, where the Emperor announced the news of the first Death Star's destruction at the hands of the Rebel Alliance. Sensing T'Ran's delight at the news through the Force, Palpatine confirmed his suspicions about the commander and ordered one of his Royal guards to execute him. T'Ran was killed when the guard stabbed him in the neck with a force pike.
