Grolan was a human who was enslaved in the Minboosa District on Nal Hutta by the Hutt crime lord Vobbara Yusinduu. Around 3623 BBY, Grolan was freed by the Alliance Commander and former Jedi Padawan Sa'har Kateen during the rebellion in the Minboosa District. Grolan then asked the Commander to recover tempigen from gas valves in the Shipping Facility in exchange for information about the Hidden Chain shuttle in the district.
