Hokker was a male Trandoshan slaver working for the pirate and crime-lord Krayn in the final years of the Galactic Republic, before the Clone Wars.
Hokker tried to persuade "Zora" (Siri Tachi) to help him sell a septuplet of Rutian slaves behind Krayn's back. For his disloyalty and greed (discontent over Krayn's "percentage system"), Hokker was imprisoned by Krayn.
