Hol Okand

Hol Okand was a human male who served as a starfighter pilot for the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War. Okand was a member of Gold Squadron within the Rebel Alliance Starfighter Corps. In the moments before the Battle of Yavin, Okand entered a T-65 X-wing starfighter with the aid of two technicians within the Great Temple. He was supplied a flight helmet by the ground tech on his port-side, and subsequently began the take off process after the cockpit canopy was sealed. However, Okand piloted a BTL-A4 Y-wing assault starfighter/bomber as part of Gold Squadron during the engagement itself. By the battle's conclusion, he had been killed above the Death Star, along with all the other members of his squadron, except for Evaan Verlaine.
