House Prestor

Canon Linked from 12 articles

House Prestor was the noble lineage into which Bail Prestor was born, forming part of Alderaan's hereditary aristocracy and counted among the Elder Houses. The family maintained distant kinship ties to that of Lord Mellowyn, the ceremonial supreme governor of Birren. Its estates included Eastwind Manor—a rural retreat in the style of Alderaan's neo-classical period—and its treasury was recorded as containing several thousand credits' worth of ur-diamonds. Members of the lineage included Bail's grandfather, with whom Bail is known to have had a complex and often strained relationship.

Upon marrying Breha Organa, Bail Prestor forsook a portion of his ancestral legacy by taking her surname, thereafter formally styling himself "Bail Prestor Organa."
