Chief Liaison Hrthek Val Voz was a Trandoshan male negotiator who lived around the time of the Clone Wars. Following a rise in Separatist activity on the moon Gus Talon, Val Voz attended a peace conference that was held within an automated facility on the world to discuss possible courses of action to counter the Separatist threat.
