Ilb Toranda was a male Twi'lek criminal who lived during the latter years of the Galactic Republic. In about 21 BBY, Toranda dispatched the Human Krael and the Rodian Vreego to purchase some illicit weapons for him in the city Hedrett on the planet Cularin. During the assignment, Vreego murdered Krael, and the Rodian subsequently informed Toranda of his actions, via a comlink.
