Imperial Ace

The "Imperial Ace" was a TIE pilot in the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War. The Ace participated in the Battle of Mygeeto in 3 ABY, during which the Galactic Empire attempted to regain control of the Outer Rim planet Mygeeto from the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The Ace played a vital part in the Empire's victory, defending the Super Star Destroyer Executor from Rebel attack and providing aerial support for Imperial ground forces. His actions brought him to the attention of the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader, who selected the Ace to fly his personal TIE Advanced x1 on a mission to destroy the Rebel outpost's main power generator.
