Ingor Watt was a pirate who lived during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. Around 3643 BBY, he planned to sell a shipment of stolen blasters to warlords on the Mid Rim planet Charros IV.
By that year, an individual associated with one of the two warring powers sent a companion to make a better offer for the stolen blasters. Watt sold them the blasters and gave them something extra for the companion's trouble.
