Jaleela Bindoo was a Human female who lived in the city of Narmle on Rori during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Sometime following the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, she planned to participate in the Narmle Arts Gala. During the opening ceremony of the event, she planned to display a painting that was made by the Gungan artist Odoof Grunda, so she hired a spacer to collect the work from Grunda.
